HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani ratified CabinetDecision No 6 of 2016 on the extension of leases of premises and parts thereofthat are leased for non-residential purposes, governed by the provisions of LawNo 4 of 2008 regarding Property Leasing and are in force on 14/02/2016, for oneyear starting from 15/02/2016, unless the lease provides for a longer period orthe lessee does not intend to renew the lease, provided that the lessee isoccupying the leased premises.
The decision is effective starting from February 15, 2016.
