HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday opened the 79th International Sports Press Association (AIPS) congress at Sheraton Doha. AIPS president Gianni Merlo thanked Qatar for hosting the conference.
