Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei greets a group of Revolutionary Guard officers, who were involved in the detention of US Navy sailors earlier this month, during a meeting in Tehran yesterday. The Revolutionary Guards in a statement early on January 13 confirmed they seized two American boats and 10 marines in “Iranian territory” near the Farsi island.
