HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani will start a three-day official visit to Russia tomorrow at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin. The Emir will hold talks with President Putin on Monday, dealing with ways to enhance and promote bilateral relations in addition to a number of regional and international issues, particularly the latest developments in the Middle East.
