Qatar minister attends celebrations

HE the Minister of Environment Abdullah bin Mubarak bin Aaboud al-Midhadhi arriving in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, to attend the celebrations marking the creation of the new state. Al-Midhadhi took part in the celebrations on behalf of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani. The Qatari delegation which participated in the celebrations included Ambassador to the Republic of Sudan, Ali bin Hassan al-Hammadi. The minister conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the Emir to President Salva Kiir of South Sudan as well as his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the new state.
