Mannai Auto Group, official GMC agents in Qatar, has announced a special promotion for the month of September, offering new customers the option to resell their vehicle to Mannai Auto after one year for 85% of the initial price.Mohamed Helmy, group general manager, Mannai Auto, said 15% depreciation for a well-maintained vehicle over one year is lower than the average real-time depreciation of consumer vehicles across all categories. “We want consumers to buy with confidence and leave our dealership satisfied with their decision. More importantly, we want them to fully understand both the short- and long-term gains of buying a GMC vehicle, with the option of upgrading to the latest model next year, led by a simple and affordable exchange.”“Over the years, GMC has managed to maintain competitive pricing and high resale value in a highly crowded market,” said Mohsen Kassem, regional sales and marketing manager, GMC. “GMC Qatar’s first-ever buy-back programme is testament to our confidence in our product’s inherent value even after years of service.” The GMC portfolio in the region features the Terrain small SUV, Acadia crossover, Sierra full-size pickup, and Yukon full-size SUV, all available in Denali luxury trim. The 2015 GMC Sierra HD led the Large Heavy Duty Pickup segment in the 2015 J D Power US Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study released in late July 2015. The 2015 GMC Terrain also made it into the top three in the Compact SUV category. The GMC Yukon was ranked highest in its segment in the 2015 J D Power Vehicle Dependability Study, while the GMC Acadia, in 2014, received the 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score For Safety in the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s New Car Assessment Programme.
