By Sports Reporter/DohaDoha Golf Club member Peter Flowers scored an excellent 38 stableford points to secure the 4th event of the 2015 Megarme Summer League series, winning on countback from Dong Yoon Kim. Flowers higher back nine score of 21 points secured victory and included gross birdies on holes 14 and 16. The Stableford format was contested last weekend and a total of 83 golfers braved the Championship Course as well as the tricky conditions.In Flight B, Ellis Liversidge secured his second win of the weekend as he continued his excellent form to beat his brother Harvey into top spot with 42 points. Harvey took the runner up position on countback with 39 points. The highlight of Ellis round was a gross birdie 4 on the tricky tenth hole. Flight C was won by Paul Gaudet with a score of 39 points. Simon Hillson placed second with 38.The Ladies Flight was won by Dong Hyang Lee with a score of 44 points. Doha Golf Club congratulates all winners and thanks all members who supported the event.
