Fire put out at under-construction building in Lusail

A fire broke out on the upper part of a massive building under construction in the Lusail Development area around noon yesterday.However, no injuries were reported as workers were away owing to outdoor work restrictions between 11.30am and 3pm, on account of summer.The cause of the fire was not known. The civil defence personnel put out the flames in less than an hour, sources said. The area had witnessed similar fires earlier also, it is learnt.There have been a series of fire incidents in the city and neighbourhood over the last three days.
