AAB opens Lexus exclusive service reception at Industrial Area

Abdulrahman Abduljaleel al-Abdulghani inaugurating Lexus exclusive service reception at the Industrial Area Street No 6.  Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co has inaugurated Lexus exclusive service reception at the Industrial Area Street No 6.  The Lexus exclusive service reception was inaugurated by Abdulrahman Abduljaleel al-Abdulghani, vice-chairman, Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co along with Motoyuki Yanai, general manager, Toyota Motor Corporation (Bahrain Representative Office) besides senior officials from Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co.On this occasion, Abdulrahman Abduljaleel al-Abdulghani said, “We need to make radical changes. The dealers would be asked to shift their values towards a more customer-focused mindset; make additional investments in new showrooms (completely separate from Toyota).  We are starting with Lexus exclusive reception but we will set up new marketing programmes; and create image-building customer satisfaction initiatives.”  He also said “the facility standards that were created mandated the separation.  The rationale behind this is simple — the Lexus customer is different from the Toyota customer”.“This has been critical to Lexus’ success and is important for any distributor’s operations. The customer should always come first in everything we do. Making the customer central to all planning and strategy ensures that the entire Lexus experience (from advertising to vehicle servicing) is defined by thoroughly satisfying the needs of the customer, often in ways that they would never imagine”.Lexus exclusive service reception opens six days a week, Saturday through Wednesday from 6am to 12am and on Thursday from 6am to 11pm.
