Minister lists challenges posed by drop in oil price

QNA/DohaHE the Minister of Finance Ali Sherif al-Emadi has presented the challenges that faces the Ministry of Finance in light of the drop in the prices of oil and LNG worldwide, particularly as Qatar prepares for World Cup 2022 with a number of developmental projects.Delivering a lecture at Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College,  the Minister discussed Qatar’s fiscal policy. He touched on the State’s budget and how its applied. Commander of Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College Brigadier Nasser Abdullah al-Sulaiti attended the lecture. After the lecture,  the Minister discussed some of its content with the attending college officers.
