QNB ties up with Harrods for redeeming loyalty points

QNB has announced a partnership between its Life Rewards Total Relationship Loyalty Programme and UK luxury department store Harrods. The new partnership is part of QNB’s ongoing commitment to reward its Life Rewards customers for their banking transactions. The new partnership will enable QNB clients to redeem their Life Rewards points online in return for Harrods Cash Rewards, which can be spent in-store. QNB described the points redemption process as “simple and straightforward,” with the Life Rewards points being directly converted to British pounds for Harrods Cash Rewards to spend in-store. QNB clients, through QNB Internet services, should enter their Harrods Rewards card membership number and the number of points they would like to convert into British pounds on their Harrods Rewards card.QNB Life Rewards is the first Total Relationship loyalty programme in Qatar. “Through this rewards programme, QNB demonstrates that it has always been committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations and to offering them tailor-made services and products that conveniently cater to their needs,” QNB said in a statement.
