HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani holding talks with Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Dr Hamadoun Toure on the sidelines of the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT). During the meeting they reviewed areas of co-operation between Qatar and the International Telecommunications Union.
