Demonstrators protest outside the Austrian embassy in Santiago, Chile, over plans for a hydroelectric power station project. The Alto Maipo, in the Cajon del Maipo zone, 30kms from Chilean capital city, is being set up by Austrian company Strabagen and includes the construction of two power stations to generate 531 megawatts.
