Ooredoo launches Dawli calling card

Ooredoo yesterday launched a new Dawli International Calling Card giving customers 45 international minutes for QR20, bringing the effective calling rates below QR0.45 per minute.

The new Dawli Card can be used to make calls to popular locations such as Egypt, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Jordan, Turkey, Bahrain, UAE, India, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia.

Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, director, Community and Public Relations, Ooredoo, said, “The Dawli International Calling Cards are popular because of their cost-effective international calling rates.”

The New Dawli International Card can be purchased at any Ooredoo Shop or authorised dealer. To activate the cards, customers need to simply scratch off the secret panel to reveal the voucher number or QR code, and follow the instructions on the back of the card to redeem the international call minutes.
