A man drowned off the Sealine beach while he had gone swimming there on the second day of Eid. Al Fazaa and Lekhwiya patrols were rushed to the spot, accompanied by ambulances, after an alert but the man was already dead. A vehicle overturned in the Sealine route due to overspeeding, causing severe injuries to all its occupants. A ready-mix vehicle overturned at a Lusail site after swerving off its lane but no injuries were reported.
