Hala customers get bonus local minutes

The added bonus minutes come in addition to the long-standing bonuses of extra mobile Internet data and international minutes that Hala customers receive when they top-up.

Ooredoo is enhancing the offer for top-up customers as part of its on-going efforts to improve the customer experience with Hala, a company spokesperson said.

With the new bonus approach, customers get three international minutes, 3 MB data and 10 local Ooredoo-to-Ooredoo minutes when they top-up with QR30.

Each higher denomination brings bigger and bigger bonuses, with customers earning an incredible 120 local Ooredoo-to-Ooredoo minutes, 50 international minutes and 50 MB of Mobile Data when they top-up with QR200.

Hala customers can purchase Top-Up cards in denominations of QR10, QR30, QR50, QR100 and QR200, or use Ooredoo’s nationwide network of SSMs, or online with Ooredoo’s secure e-Top-Up service to top-up their service.

Customers can check their balance at any time by dialling *129#. Bonus balances can also be checked by dialling *129*2#.

As part of the revision of the Hala Top-Up programme, Ooredoo has changed the validity for bonus mobile Internet data and international minutes to 10 days. This validity also applies to all bonus Ooredoo-to-Ooredoo calls.

Ooredoo is continuing to enhance its full portfolio of services, based on customer feedback and the needs of the market.

Ooredoo recently announced the reduction of international call rates for Hala customers who subscribe to the International Saver Key, as well as enhanced pricing for local calls.

Hala International Saver Key customers benefit from local calls to any Ooredoo number at just 20Dhs per minute, as well as an incredible international call rate of 45Dhs per minute.
