QFPSR holds four training workshops for employees
Qatar Foundation for Protection and Social Rehabilitation (QFPSR) has wrapped up four training workshops for its employees from different sections.The QFPSR Training and Development Section organised the workshops to develop and improve the level of functional performance at QFPSR and build the capacities of its employees by category, through methodological research and descriptive analysis approach, besides an introduction to the scientific use of questionnaire tool for data collection.The workshops included “Management of social programmes and projects”, presented by Dr Ali al-Ibrahim, international trainer, HR & organisational systems development expert and vice-president of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility.Dr al-Ibrahim demonstrated the strategic planning for social programmes and provided general examples of planning and execution of various social programmes.Other workshops for QFPSR employees conducted in May were “Tendering and auctioning”, held in co-operation with the Central Tendering Committee; “Budget performance”, organised for the employees of the QFPSR Finance Section; and “Treatment and rehabilitation of personality disorders”.“The four training workshops were successful and helped raise the efficiency of the employees. QFPSR shall go forward towards achieving sustainable development that will reflect on Qatar National Vision 2030,” said Sharifa al-Malki, a senior QFPSR officer.
