The nascent Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) Ladies Forum has signed a partnership agreement with Design Creationz, an event organiser and marketing firm.
The MoU was signed by Saleh bin Ali al-Mohannadi, QRC secretary-general, and Cricely Demenjon, the founder and co-owner of Design Creationz.
Under the agreement, Design Creationz will provide marketing, promotion and support mobilisation services for the forum’s message and activities, among the company’s VIP clients through its events and particularly, elegant fashion shows.
This will be done in different media outlets such as TV, radio and magazines and via social media such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and online blogs.
Al-Mohannadi said the agreement was a substantial step towards more engagement of women in charitable efforts and better demonstration of their significant role in disseminating the ideals of benevolence and compassion.
Demenjon, now a member of the forum, said: “We are honoured to partner with QRC Ladies Forum. We share the same goals and the same target audience. We will work hard to give the forum more visibility through our glamorous women-only events, marketing platforms and media connections.”
Announced in September 2013, QRC Ladies Forum came in the context of the organisation’s understanding of the crucial role played by women in society.
The forum welcomes all Qatari women and women’s organiations willing to join or co-operate with it, and it is open to any constructive ideas or suggestions by Qatari ladies and young women serving its goals.
