Katara Doha Film Institute (DFI) Cinema is presenting The Square, winner of the Sundance Film Festival World Cinema Audience award and Academy Award nominee, to audiences in Doha.The documentary directed by Jehane Noujaim will be screened daily from May 15-21 at Katara Drama Theatre (building 16) at 7pm. The Square follows a group of Egyptian revolutionaries who battle leaders and regimes and risk their lives to build a new society. The film is an immersive experience that transports the viewer deep into the intense emotional drama and personal stories behind the news.
