Manipuri New Year celebrations

Manipuri women in their traditional dress play football as part of the celebration of Manipuri New year (Cheiraoba Festival) in Guwahati, Assam, yesterday.   Cheiraoba Festival usually takes place in the month of April and is celebrated with traditional devotion and fervour.
