Ooredoo has announced the launch of Hala Smart Packs for Business, the first prepaid monthly bundles in Qatar for business customers, as part of their ongoing #OoredooSmart campaign. The new prepaid packs have been designed for employers looking to provide more economic and flexible options for their staff’s mobile plans, delivering incredible value as well as a host of business-friendly features. Hala Smart Packs are priced from QR35 to QR150 per month, and offer a complete range of business services to keep business people connected. Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, Director Community and Public Relations, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “Ooredoo is the leading partner for companies in Qatar, and we are continuing to innovate to ensure that we are offering all the communication and data services our customers need. Today’s launch of Hala Smart Packs for Business demonstrates once again that businesses work better with Ooredoo.”  At the entry level, Hala Smart 35 offers 120 local minutes/SMS and 250MB data for QR35/month, while Hala Smart 55 provides 200 local minutes/SMS, as well as 250MB data for QR55/ month. For executives, Hala Smart 100 offers 450 local minutes/SMS, 45 international minutes/ SMS, and 1GB of data for QR100/ month, while Hala Smart 150 gives customers 800 local minutes/ SMS, 80 international minutes/ SMS, and 1GB data for QR150/month.The new smart packs were developed based on research in the Qatari market, which suggested that more companies are looking to provide employees with local calls and access to the Internet via their mobile phone, but wanted more options to reduce costs. In particular, small businesses in Qatar required a greater degree of flexibility in the communication support provided for employees. The prepaid packs are valid for 30 days, and renewed automatically every month. Business customers will be able to register their employees through their corporate accounts with Ooredoo, and will be billed for the monthly rental fees on their monthly business bill. Any usage after consumption of the packs will be deducted from the main balance of the Hala user.Research suggests that the monthly prepaid model is a better fit for some businesses, enabling to manage communication costs more effectively, at the same time as ensuring that employees are always connected. In addition to the prepaid bundles for business customers, Ooredoo also offers postpaid business bundles with their value-packed Shahry Smart plans. Ooredoo is continuing to invest in expanding its portfolio of services for companies in Qatar, and is working hard to provide the best possible customer experience.Customers wishing to sign up for the new Hala Smart Business Packs can do so by visiting their nearest Ooredoo Business Centre or calling the business support helpline on 800 8000.
