HE the Minister of Transport Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti and Costa Rica’s Foreign Minister, Enrique Castillo, signed an air transport agreement between the two countries here yesterday.
The air transport agreement between Qatar and Costa Rica is considered an “open-skies” agreement which entitles the national carrier - Qatar Airways - to operate flights between Doha and Costa Rica via any intermediate point, and with full traffic rights for passengers and freight.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Costa Rican Ambassador to Qatar Luis Alberto Downing.
