Emir, PM hold talks with Eritrean president

HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani holding  talks with Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki in Doha yesterday.QNA/DohaHH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki held a round of talks at the Emiri Diwan here yesterday. Several Qatari ministers and the members of the delegation accompanying the Eritrean president attended the talks. The Emir later hosted a luncheon banquet in honour of  President Afwerki and the accompanying delegation. Meanwhile,  HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani held separate talks with Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki. They discussed co-operation between the two countries.  Earlier on arrival, President Afwerki was received by HE the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani and the Eritrean ambassador to Qatar Ali Ibrahem Ahmad.
