Car turns turtle

A small car turned turtle in Mansoura area near Souq Haraj traffic signal yesterday afternoon after it escaped a head-on collision with a 4x4. The lone occupant of the small car, a male, and the motorist in the 4x4, who had with him his wife and daughter too, were taken to Hamad Hospital in an ambulance. It is understood they were both treated for shock. In another accident yesterday afternoon a passenger van ended up on its side near Barwa City at Mesaimeer in Doha.
