Value addition to gas-to-liquids: Oryx GTL

HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada at the Oryx GTL stall at the exhibition being held on the sidelines of  7th IPTC at the Qatar National Convention Centre.Oryx GTL is participating in the 7th IPTC now being held at the Qatar National Convention in Doha. Rashid al-Fehaidi, DOT-project director said, “IPTC is one of the important events in the calendar as it provides a professional environment for people interested in the oil and gas and related industries to get together in one place to share, discuss and debate key issues”.The 7th IPTC 2014 conference comes this year in line with Qatar’s 2030 vision to add value to the whole region, and to Qatar in particular, as knowledge and experience gained will translate into new business and investment opportunities. Oryx GTL said it believes the conference will add value to gas-to-liquids industry in Qatar and forms an opportunity for to reflect on GTL’s success story on a global stage. Oryx GTL senior process engineer Mostafa Shahin said, “Being a participant in the 7th IPTC 2014 is a great honour for me with the whole support of Oryx GTL.”
