Ooredoo marathon draws hundreds

Braving the cold weather yesterday morning, hundreds of residents participated in the Ooredoo marathon held along the Doha Corniche. A number of people also lined up along the route to cheer the participants. The races that started from the Museum of Islamic Art Park grounds featured four courses, starting with a one-km fun run for children. The others were a full marathon, a half-marathon and a 10-km run. Proceeds from the registration fee will be donated to Reach Out to Asia.
