Defence minister receives dignitaries

HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah held separate meetings yesterday with the Iranian Ambassador to Qatar Mohamed Jawad Zarji, the Military Attache at the Tunisian embassy in Doha and Mali president’s office director Mamadou Camara. Talks dealt with  issues of mutual concern with emphasis on military affairs.  Major Geneal Ali al-Attiyah also met William Swanson, the CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors of Raytheon Company International and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P (KKR)’s CEO David Petraeus. Talks during the meetings dealt with topics of joint interest.
