Saudi-based group takes over Abu Hamour clinic

Al Abeer Medical Group, headquartered in Saudi Arabia, has taken over Healthspring World Clinic at Abu Hamour, Doha. Specialty and super specialty clinical services will be offered at the clinic, which is to be developed soon into a day care centre with surgery and trauma units, the Al Abeer officials said.Al Abeer, which has an annual patient turnover of more than 3mn in 10 medical centres and three hospitals in Saudi Arabia, is launching a 100-bed hospital in Ruwi, Oman.Al Abeer Medical Group officials Subair Mulloli, Mohamed Alungal, Badr al-Ghamdi, and Dr Ibrahim Khaleel were present at the media event in Doha to announce the takeover of Healthspring World Clinic.
