By Sports Reporter/DohaEric Gerets (pictured at bottom) is struggling to enjoy the thrilling start to the QSL season. The Lekhwiya coach knows the unpredictability of this year’s league will be great viewing for the neutral – but he insists it’s a nightmare for coaches. Results for the Belgian’s side have been up and down this season, with three wins, two draws and two defeats. And even though the top six are within four points of each other, Gerets insists he’d prefer if his team were winning every week.He said: “There are so many surprises this season. It’s hard to know what to expect.“It’s hard for me to say I enjoy this unpredictability because we have lost too many points. But if you’re a neutral fan then I think you’re having a marvelous time. The league is a great spectacle this week but I would rather be winning more games.“Hopefully we can play well in this game and get higher in the table as soon as possible.“I wouldn’t say we deserved to win the game against El Jaish but we had two great chances, so we were unlucky to lose.“Wakrah will now look at this game to get further ahead of us. But we need to try and win to show we really are back.“Al Wakrah have been a big surprise this season. They have good players which we need to take care of, but we also have to play our own game which made us so successful. I think we’re strong enough to do this.”Wakrah coach Adnan Derjal is confident his side can get a result against Lekhwiya – but he knows it will be far from easy.He stressed:  “We’ve prepared in the same way, although we will be without a lot of players because of yellow cards.“We still hope to have enough quality to do well against Lekhwiya. We need three points I think but it won’t be easy.“We’ve thrown six points away in our last couple of games, but Lekhwiya have made mistakes also. The gap is not big so there is a lot at stake in this game.“We might not have won against Al Sailiya but I think we played well and gave a good account of ourselves. Sailiya’s keeper was the man of the match so I’m not afraid for the future of our team.“The game will not be easy. It’s going to be difficult for both teams.”
