The Gulf Paradise Hotel is organising a Moroccan Food festival tagged ‘Flavours from Morocco’ for the fifth consecutive year. The 10-day fest,being held at the hotel until September 8 in conjunction with the Moroccan Embassy in Qatar and the Association of the Moroccan Community, is offering a dinner buffet open from 6pm-11pm.The two Moroccan chefs Hisham and Mohamed Saidhat will be preparing a variety of traditional Moroccan dishes during the food festival which includes a variety of typical Moroccan salads, the famous harira soup, different tajine dishes as well as traditional Moroccan sweets and mint tea.
