Grand Heritage receives certificate of excellence

Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa has received a Certificate of Excellence for 2013 from travel website TripAdvisor.The hotel achieved a 92% rating based on guest reviews and was ranked in the 10th place out of 113 hotels in Qatar on the site. Grand Heritage Doha was reviewed by families, couples, solo travellers and business guests.The review criteria included location, quality and variety of service offerings as well as hotel staff and their hospitality. Many people appreciated the hotel’s location in an idyllic part of Aspire Zone and its proximity to the popular mall, Villaggio. The hotel’s interiors, too, received rave reviews, Grand Heritage Doha said in a statement.Many reviewers commented on how they enjoyed the spa services while others lauded the hotel staff’s attention to detail in catering to their requirements, the statement added.“We are thrilled to receive the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, especially because the award goes to businesses that rank in the top 10% worldwide for traveler feedback. We are constantly evolving and striving to enhance the experience of our guests,” said Pierre-Marie Vasseur, general manager of Grand Heritage Doha, adding that they have had an occupancy rate of 85% this year.
