The Philippines’ weather bureau continues to track Typhoon Utor (local name ‘Labuyo’) which is 270km east-northeast of Camarines Norte province in the Luzon region, with maximum winds of 150kph near the centre and gusts of 185kph. Residents in low lying areas have been alerted and a warning against sea travel in the Visayas region has been issued, officials said.
