Quality Hypermarket offers raffle, cash discounts

Quality Hypermarket MD Shamsudheen Olakara (centre) announcing promotions to be held as part of the shopping centre’s third anniversary celebrations recently as others look on.As part of its 3rd anniversary celebrations, which falls on July 29, Quality Hypermarket on Salwa Road has launched an array of promotional activities, including raffle draws, special cash discounts, and “rock-bottom” prices on many goods.At a briefing, chaired by managing director of the Quality Group of Companies Shamsudheen Olakara, its officials said the hypermarket will hold a raffle draw running for 120 days, at the end of which two lucky customers would receive two Toyota Land Cruiser GXR V8 2013 models.The promotion has become effective from Thursday (July 25) for those making purchases for a minimum of QR50, from either Quality Hypermarket or Quality Centre on Airport road. Such customers would be issued a coupon against every QR50 spent at the two outlets. Olakara announced at the meeting that their company’s new state of the art Quality Mall in Al Hilal, near Birla Public School kindergarten, would be ready for opening next month.The official said as part of the renovation of the Quality Hyper Market a number of new counters and additions have been made. They include a branch of  MRA Restaurant, Bakery & Sweets, children’s play area, party halls, beauty salon, money exchanges, a jewellery, furniture showroom, laundry services, branded mobile outlets, exclusive watches and optical showrooms. A number of the new outlets would be ready for functioning next month, he said.Besides Olakara, the Group finance controller  Mathew, executive manager (Retail Group) Aboonavas, manager Mohamed Sabith, operations manager of Quality Centre Department manager Najeeb N Hameed were also present.
