Comfortably accommodating up to 190 guests seated in traditional majlis settings, guests can enjoy a superb buffet spread, including carving stations and more than 45 different dishes from cuisines of the region, as well as fresh salads and desserts. Corporate hosts wishing to uphold the Arabic traditions of hospitality may hold private Iftar events with bespoke menus served in Al Sonbok ballroom. At Al Liwan restaurant, Chef Ali Hadla will showcase traditional hot and cold dishes including freshly-made breads together with mezze, classic salads, a live cooking station, the perennial favourite Ouzzi and Shawarma along with grilled meats, seafood and desserts.
