New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg address the New York Police academy graduating class at a ceremony at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, yesterday. Reports state that 781 officers graduated to join the New York Police Department (NYPD), the largest municipal police force in the US with over 37,000 officers.
