Emir appoints Chief of Staff of Armed ForcesQNA/DohaHH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani  has issued  Emiri decision No 71  of 2013 appointing HE Air Vice-Marshal Ghanim bin Shaheen al-Ghanim as Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces. The Emiri decision annulled all provisions contravening its rules.
