Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) chairman Winston Ginez appealed to local executives and chiefs to monitor the overloading of tricycles used to ferry students to school, saying that the tricycles are regulated to only ferry a maximum of four passengers, according to local media.
