Summer activities for children begin

The summer activities organised by the Qatar Police Sports Federation (QPSF) for the Ministry of Interior officers’ children for the fifth year in a row have started. The activities will continue until July 19. Visits to various security departments and state institutions will be held as part of the programme. Children ranged between 6 and 12 years old will participate in the activities under the supervision of trainers from QPSF. The first day’s activities began with a meeting of all participants. Sports activities were held in addition to lectures on safety and security and self-defence. The kid’s police magazine, ShurtiSadeeqi, was introduced to the children. The participating children will visit the Islamic Art Museum, Qatar Shooting and Archery Association in Lusail and Aqua Park on Salwa Road. The first week of the activities will end on Thursday at Zainab Independent School for Girls in Aziziya.
