AlMuftah Group organised fire awareness and first aid courses in co-operation with Qatar Civil Defence and the Red Crescent. The group conducts similar safety training courses every six months as per the company’s policies.The fire awareness training took place in the Old Industrial Area and the first aid training at Qatar Red Crescent Administrator of Medical Affairs. The first batch of employees took the courses in February, and the remainder had their training at the end of last month. Experts in their respective fields were tasked with getting the Civil Defence and Red Crescent messages across to the AlMuftah employees. At the end of the training courses, Rami Yarvas, HR manager at AlMuftah Group, distributed certificates of completion and gifts to all employees who took part in the lessons.Ibrahim al-Muftah, managing director, AlMuftah Group, commented: “As a group, we have a total commitment to the safety of our customers, our staff and society at large.”
