The developers of a major luxury residential project, under construction in the Thrissur Municipal Corporation limits in the Indian state of Kerala, are in Doha to promote their new project. Elite Gardenia Hills is located in an eco-friendly environment in Puzhakkal on the Thrissur-Guruvayoor route, the developers have said. Developer Arjun Rajeevan said the project is spread over 20 acres and follows its natural contour with clustered development at various levels. “We have a product mix of villas and ‘villaments’. Villas are of varying sizes, ranging from 2,500sqft to 4,000sqft in land area (8 to 15 cents). The villas are designed around an inner courtyard, with covered skyroof and suited to Kerala’s tropical climate,” he explained. “Our ‘villaments’ are 3,000sqft and 3,500sqft low-rise apartments featuring all the luxuries of a villa, including a private garden, as well as the convenience of an apartment. The ‘villaments’ are located on the slopes of the 60m-high hill and overlooks the Puzhakkal paddy fields below,” Rajeevan added.
