An arena show of this magnitude isn’t common in the GCC area, and the Aspire Dome in Doha presents an ideal platform.”Saltimbanco is a brilliant combination of seemingly impossible balancing, jumping and spinning acts – whether it is during the Chinese Poles or Russian Swing, the gravity-defying Bungees and Trapeze, the crowd-pleasing Juggling and Contortion, or the celebrated and very unique clowns.Technical expertise and extravagant design are woven together with uplifting spectacular costumes, amazing lighting, humour and enchanting music, complemented with magical sets. From a group of 20 street performers at its beginnings in 1984, Cirque du Soleil evolved into a major Québec-based organisation providing high-quality artistic entertainment. The company has 5,000 employees, including more than 1,300 artistes from more than 50 different countries.
