Institution of Engineers (India) Qatar chapter chairman Debashish Roy and general secretary Animesh Sarkar giving memento to outgoing Indian Ambassador Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa at a function that the institution organised in honour of the envoy. Wadhwa is leaving the country after a stint of over three years to take up her new assignment in Japan. At the function, the forum members recalled the support extended by the ambassador to its activities throughout her stint.
