HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud holding talks with the outgoing Cuban Ambassador to Qatar Armando Vergara in Doha yesterday. Means of strengthening bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting.
