Kerala leader to take part in seminar

MP Vincent,  who is  a member of Kerala’s legislative assembly from Ollur and a prominent Congress leader will address a seminar organised by INCAS Qatar on the achievements of  the UDF government in the southern Indian state  during the last two years. The seminar will be  held at Crystal Palace Hotel at 7PM tomorrow which will  be inaugurated by OICC Global Committee chairman CK Menon.  The topics to be discussed during the seminar will be the growth of Kerala through precise planning and the leadership of Oommen Chandy, Chief Minister of Kerala.
