Mannai Automotive, the exclusive dealer of Cadillac and GMC in Qatar, won the General Motors (GM) Grandmasters International Operations Dealer Award, a prestigious award granted by General Motors to senior agents in the world for 2012 achievements.The award was presented last week at a grand ceremony in Istanbul, Turkey, by Timothy E Lee, president of General Motors International Operations to Mohamed Helmy, group general manager, Mannai Automotive.Other senior officials who were present on the occasion were John Stadwick, president and managing director of General Motors Middle East Operations; Khalid Mannai, executive director of Mannai Corporation; and Luigi Rubinacci, general manager after-sales, Mannai Automotive.Mannai Automotive obtained this award for excellence in Sales and After-sales performance with the highest levels of customer satisfaction provided to its customers in Qatar. This award is provided by General Motors as part of a comprehensive programme based on evaluating the performance of dealers within its rigorous standards, including performance evaluation in customer management, service, pre-sales, delivery of the car and the quality of after-sales, in addition to the achieved target shares for the market.Mohamed Helmy, said: “This is an achievement that we are extremely proud of and one we share with our customers and employees, as they are our partners in this outstanding success.
