Qatar Al-Anabi Racing Team manager Alan Johnson, the new Qatari ambassador to the US Mohamed bin Abdulla al-Rumaihi, Texas A&M University at Qatar student Abdul Wahab (Al-Anabi’s intern) and Al-Anabi Racing director of racing operations at a US-Qatar Business Council reception in honour of al-Rumaihi recently in Washington, DC. Al-Anabi Racing Top Fuel team, owned by Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani, is partnering with Texas A&M at Qatar to provide real-life Motorsports experience for students in engineering-related fields. Wahab is the programme’s first intern.
