Al-Kuwari meets Scottish and Afghan ministers

HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari meeting with Scottish Minister of External Affairs and International Development, Humza Yousaf, who is in Doha to attend the 13th Doha Forum.  Al-Kuwari also met with his Afghanistan counterpart Makhdoom Rahin (right). During the separate meetings,  al-Kuwari and the visiting ministers exchanged views on bilateral relations in the field of culture.
