Mannai Automotive Group and Cadillac Arabia have unveiled the all-new Cadillac XTS, which is available for the first time in Qatar from this month.
This arrival supercharges the full-size luxury sedan market with advanced technology and innovative safety systems at its core.
The all-new Cadillac XTS is a brand new entrant in the category and has already been recognised by critics as the most technologically advanced production car in the brand’s history.
A VIP launch event was held at the Four Seasons recently to commemorate the launch of the XTS. The event welcomed VIP guests and dignitaries from Qatar as well as many senior officials from Mannai Corporation and Cadillac Arabia.
Mohammed Helmy, general manager of Mannai Automotive Group, exclusive importers of Cadillac in Qatar said: “The all-new Cadillac XTS is a confluence of the space, elegance and dramatic presence that are signatures of the Cadillac brand, amplified by entirely new and advanced technology that is tuned for a new generation of luxury customers.”
Nadim Ghrayeb, Cadillac brand manager, General Motors Middle East said: “The XTS is offered in the fully equipped XTS Platinum collection which represents the highest level of technology and luxury. With new models such as the XTS, industry-first technologies and our Premium Care Program, Cadillac is expanding and redefining luxury, while fully committed to a long-term mission to reclaim its historical position as standard of the world.”
The XTS is the most spacious Cadillac sedan available today. In Qatar and the region it is delivered in the exclusive Platinum trim.
What sets the new XTS apart from the rest is Cadillac’s ‘CUE’ which stands for Cadillac User Experience and is a breakthrough in-vehicle user experience for control and connectivity.
As the newest generation in user experience systems, CUE features several industry firsts, including capacitive-touch control with proximity sensing and haptic feedback. Capacitive touch is the technology featured on many of the best tablets and smartphones.
It also comes with a highly customisable user interface that exemplifies XTS’s blend of advanced technology and artistic design. Available exclusively on the XTS is a 12.3-inch reconfigurable instrument cluster. It features vibrant graphic displays showcased among four driver-selectable themes, ranging from minimal to extensive information.
And while it is the prominent element in the XTS’s technological character, CUE is part of a more comprehensive and layered approach to the car’s design, capabilities and performance.
To take the experience further, Cadillac has made available the Cadillac CUE iPad Application via the Apple App Store. It replicates the centre screen that is the hub of the system and gives potential customers the ability to engage with a virtual Cadillac XTS using their iPads from anywhere in the world.
