On behalf of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, HE Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani has offered condolences to Saudi Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman al-Hussein on the death of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulrahman al-Hussain. Sheikh Khalid also conveyed the condolences of HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.
