Qatar Flour Mills Company has launched a new product “Chakki Atta” – a 100% whole wheat flour for making ideal chapattis.QFM general manager Salim Pathan said: “QFM Chakki Atta is 100% whole wheat stoned milled Atta - which is important for a healthy digestive system, natural ingredients for overall health and vitality, plus iron - which acts as a carrier of oxygen in the body. The superior quality wheat and rich fibre content ensures taste and softness of chapattis even after hours.” Chakki Atta will initially be available in two and five kilo bags in all the supermarkets and hypermarkets.“After the successful launch of ‘Chakki Atta’, we will continue to focus on high-demand staple food commodities relevant to the market of Qatar,” he mentioned.
